Description

A staple of braises, hot pots, stews, and stir-fry recipes, Chinese cinnamon sticks are harvested from more mature bark and are unmistakably thick. These wonderful sticks promise a more subtle yet satisfying flavour in your Asian cooking, compared to ground cinnamon.
